With more than 130 years’ experience Middlesex University focuses on excellence in teaching and research. It has more than 40,000 students across its campuses in London, and Malta (from September 2013). With its international partnerships and campuses, Middlesex is a truly global university and was one of the first UK institutions to deliver British higher education overseas.
Middlesex has invested more than £200m in developing its campuses over the past nine years. The university’s flagship campus in Hendon, north London, is one of the capital’s biggest and most spacious. The university is ranked in the top 10 for graduate salaries and has strong links with industry and businesses. All Middlesex courses offer work-placement opportunities. Undergraduate students who opt for a year-long work placement are exempt from tuition fees for the academic year.
The campus is based in north London with excellent transport links. It is a short walking distance from the underground and railway stations. There are also a number of buses which serve the campus.
The campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities. Middlesex has recently invested in The Grove – an £80m art, design and media centre equipped with a Sony-designed TV studio, exhibition and events space; dance studios; rehearsal rooms; and digital and traditional dark rooms.
